1. Mushroom Mix-up

The undisputed king of Mario Party 1. Toad holds up a colored flag, and all four players scramble to stand on the matching mushroom before the rest drop into the ocean. Simple to understand, devious to play. Especially with players ground-pounding on top of each other or pushing rivals into the water. It’s pure chaos!
2. Bobsled Run

One of the best 2v2 mini-games in the entire franchise. Steering a bobsled down an icy track requires genuine teamwork, tight cornering, and perfect synchronization. Pushing off at the start sets the momentum, but navigating the narrow turns without flying off the edge is the true test.
3. Shell Game

A simple test of focus and memory. Koopa hides a chest under one of four giant shells and shuffles them around at increasing speeds.
4. Memory Match

Another brain-teaser that brings a brief, tense pause to the party. Flipping cards to match pairs requires sharp recall.
5. Whack-a-Plant

A fast-paced single-player challenge where precision timing is everything. Piranha Plants pop out of pipes, and you have to jump and pound them as quickly as possible. Miss your mark, and you lose precious seconds while your friends cheer for your downfall.
6. Ground Pound

A test of speed and rhythmic execution. You’re tasked with pounding wooden pegs into the ground as fast as your fingers can move.
7. Desert Dash

A 2v2 relay where coordination is everything. Navigating a tandem desert cart requires both teammates to hit their inputs in rhythm. Sync up, and you glide effortlessly across the sand, mess up the timing, and you stall out while the other team pulls ahead.
8. Handcar Havoc

A classic Mario Party button-mashing mini-game. You and a partner frantically pump a handcar along a precarious railway track, leaning into sharp turns to avoid plunging into the lava below. It’s fast, chaotic, and guaranteed to test your physical endurance.
9. Coin Block Bash

A 1v3 mini-game, where all players try to break blocks, but one player has a hammer. The fun in this one comes from smashing other players with the hammer.
10. Coin Block Blitz

Four players, a cluster of blocks overhead, and a free-for-all dash to rack up as much bank as possible. You have to claim blocks and steal them from rivals.
