Here are my thoughts. The merger should occur after the Skydance and Paramount merger. Then the new Paramount could merge with Warner Bros. Global, both Nickelodeon Animation Studios and Cartoon Network Studios would merge to form Hanna-Barbera Studios. Cartoon Network channel would change into Adult Swim channel. Cartoon Network would fold into Nickelodeon Cartoonist. Discovery Family would fold into Nick Jr. Shut down CNN, Paramount+ will fold into Max, and they will own Six Flags.
